After discussions last month, we decided we'd give it a try going for a monthly meet instead of bi-monthly.

Normally the 3rd Thursday of the month, we've gone with the 4th this time - not sure how it happened, but we agreed it last month, so are sticking with it!

Hi Dan and everybody!!. Sorry I missed last time - and no, no toes stepped on here! Glad you picked up and glad there's support for monthly meeting.

Building works and new kitchen at home caused me to miss previous meeting. Had no 'S' anyway - it was in storage 'cos I needed the garage for the builders' stuff'. Don't think the members would have been impressed if I arrived in a (non- vtec) Landrover Discovery. Didn't know how I would deal with the questions "how do you get the top down on that?" and "what does that sound like at 9000 rpm?" so I chickened out! Am I forgiven?

Anyway - I'm getting W9RMH out of storage tomorrow. I'll dust her down, give her a blast and make sure she's looking pretty for August 23rd (hope that's the date).

Hope to see you all there - and - looking forward to seeing your nice clean and shiny 'S' Dan!
