So here we go.....it a Black, White and Diamonds Party night!

Be dazzled by the stunning themed event room. Dress to impress, follow the black and white theme if you choose – diamonds are optional!

Venue: Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa, Main St, Brandon, CV8 3FW

Date: Saturday 8th December 2012

Time: 6.30pm for Bucks Fizz on arrival for dinner at 7.30pm. Dancing till 1.30am

Cost: Party Evening including half a bottle of wine £32.95

Accommodation: £65 per room B&B (single or double occupancy) - same rate available for Friday evening too.

Menu looks yummy made with locally sourced products:
Starters
Carrot and coriander soup with crème fraiche (v)
or
Smoked salmon and mackerel roulade, winter coleslaw with a hint of horseradish
or
Pork and Calvados terrine, apple and cider chutney and butter brioche
or
Roasted red pepper and feta tartlet, pesto cream and micro herbs (v)

Middles
Butter roasted turkey breast, traditional stuffing, pigs in blankets with rich pan juices
or
Sea bass fillet grilled with herb and lemon butter served with gratin potatoes and chive cream
or
Wild mushroom and leek tart with Stilton and apple crust (v)
or
Sautéed free range chicken supreme with gratin potatoes and ceps jus

Ends
Classic Christmas plum pudding, berry reduction and brandy sauce

Poached pear William with vanilla ice cream
or
Wild berry cheesecake with chocolate crisp and clotted cream
or
Belgium duo of chocolate torte, cherry balsamic compote
