Megan Racing Rear Driveshaft Spacers
Thought I was going to use them and decided that I didn't need them. They probably have 40 miles on them, so I can't return them. $75.

Its only a matter of when you will need these not if. This is one mod that I see the most confusion or misunderstanding about on our car for some reason. These do nothing to add strength. They simply cure vibration by moving the prop end in a different wear path inside the cups. Miles is what ultimately determines this wear in the cups, it will happen to everyone eventually, just like prostate cancer lol. Just depends on if you die of something else first or total your s2000. Anyway, once that wear path forms you get vibration, lowering does nothing to cause the problem. In some cases it can actually fix a current issue, because lowering or raising the car enough also moves the prop ends in the cups. Swapping cups is a free solution, but a messy and more time consuming one over these half spacers, which are very easy to install. If you want to get the full life out of your axles/cups though, you will want to utilize all configurations, which are as follows and in no particular order.
-Add spacers
-remove spacers and swap cups
- add spacers again to swapped cups.
3 different configs until you have to replace cups or and prop shafts both.
Because of this method I currently have 200k miles on mine with no vibration, I am however on the last configuration before I have to replace.

with that being said, i know youre heavily modded, but have you had any bearing issues, like wheel bearings, bushings etc or any other "age" related issues on your car?
i hear youve blown a few motors so thats kind of beside the point.

As far as drivetrain, I’ve been through 2 1/2 motors, 1 trans and 2 rear ends. This would fall under some heavy abuse, not all mileage related.
