Default New springs uneven drop

After debating between Eibach and Swift I got my Swifts installed a week ago. I noticed that the driver side sits a little over an inch lower than the passenger side. I read that these springs do not really settle and what you see is what you get. So I contacted swift and they told me that for some reason its common for this to happen. Even if I switched them from one side to the other it would be the same and that the rubber top hats on the right side are harder. Anyone have a solution or experience this issue??

I just got swift spec-r installed earlier. Let see how it will look after a few days, hopefully, not going to have the same issue.

an inch lower seems exaggerated to me I need a pic of this

honda designed the suspension with a driver in the car so there are very slight differences corner to corner

IMO sounds like install error of some kind if it really is one inch difference

I have swift spec r and they sit perfect on all 4 corners. measure from wheel centre to fender lip to see just how different the drop is on each side.

F/L - 12 1/8
R/L - 12
R/R - 13
F/R - 12 1/2
