Looking for a reputable person or business to do a pre purchase inspection in Oshkosh WI or Appleton WI area. Any recommendation guys?

 

I not from around there. Im about 2 hours away..or more. Im not sure if any current and active members live in that area.

 

Keeping my finger cross. There is a Honda dealer there but I doubt their service tech are familiar with S2000

 

Most likely not. Is it stock or modified?

Unfortunately, I do not think there are any active members in your area. This may be helpful for slight peace of mind for you though.

 

The ownwer said the only mod is the cat-back exhaust, shift knob, clear turn signal. I told him I preferred stock exhaust he then said he would put back the stock exhaust. Is this something easy to do? He said he would do it himselft.

 

What exhaust does it have? If he will include the stock exhaust, I'll put yours on for you and buy the exhaust depending on what it is. I'm in Madison, but I'd make the drive some time if it's mutually beneficial.

 

I will ask him at time of sale, but we agreed on purchased price is with stock exhaust. I believe it is Skunk2 cat-back exhaust.

 

I usually would be the type of person to offer my help. However I am busy with many things right now and cannot spare the time. My S2000 is not even out of storage yet! I'd be damned if Im going to do something related to an S2000 and it isn't mine at this point haha

 

I'm local and could check it out for you. Haven't had an S2k fix in a while...

I can help with the exhaust too if you want. It's an easy swap. Also have and extra quart of LE diff fluid you can have if you buy it.
