so today i was driving my s2k and i stopped at a 4 way stop intersection i put the lever into 1st gear than out of nowhere i hear a loud thump coming from the engine hood area so i put it in neutral immmediately and pull to the curb pop the trunk try to look around but didnt see anything . does anybody know what this could be or have any of you experienced this before ?

edit" i think what happened was the lever wasnt fully in 1 st gear and i was basically reving the engine up and not moving then when the lever pops out to neutral i hear a loud thump around the engine area i think thats what happened
