Track Prep (not complete but it'll give you a good idea)
Things to bring
1. Extra quart or two of oil
2. Spare tire
3. Misc hand tools if you're handy, if not hope you have a friend that is lol
4. Tow hook
5. Water and don't forget to drink it
6. Helmet
7. Clean underwear because you might need to change them
8. Torque wrench if you have it
9. Window cleaner so you can see the track
10. Tire pressure gauge (you'll want to drop the tire pressure down to 35-39 roughly after your first run and keep it around there)
11. A full tank of gas
12. Bananas (they help with preventing muscle cramps)
13. A chair to sit in
14. Dramamine (if you get motion sickness)
Things to check prior, make sure to give your mechanic time to get stuff done
1. Engine oil
2. Brake fluid should be changed (use a good quality proven fluid like Motul, Ate, Endless) wet boiling point is what you should be looking at.
3. Tires, make sure you don't have any nails or odd sidewall bulges
4. Radiator fluid (check the reservoir, don't pop the cap)
5. Brake pads (if you're running stock pads then you'll want almost new pads because you can go through them, also keep an eye on them throughout the day so if you do have to back off to make it home you can do so.)
6. Torque your lug nuts down (if you don't have a torque wrench stop by the shop where you buy your tires and they will check them for you)
7. This is the time to clean out anything you don't need in the car especially under your seat (you don't want distractions while on the track)
Things to do at the track before you get on the track & while tracking
1. Remove the tool kit and spare tire
2. Remove everything from the secret compartment and storage (that stuff sliding back and forth is annoying)
3. If your floor mats slide around remove them, they'll get in the way eventually and you definitely don't want that)
4. Tire pressure (somewhere around 29-32 cold would be a good ballpark starting pressure)
5. Don't run out of gas on the track (once you hit a quarter tank the rest goes really quick)
6. Take a deep breath and prepare for some fun
7. Look ahead (if things feel fast it's only because you're looking at the turn you're in vs looking at the next turn)
8. Check your oil level on flat ground, you will consume some and you don't want to find out that you were running low on oil after it's too late.
9. Make sure and keep the speed up on your final lap to help cool things down and take a lap or two around the paddock if needed. If you notice a spongy pedal on your next session then you most likely didn't cool them down enough and the fluid boiled from residual heat that transferred.
10. Be predictable. That means if someone is coming up behind you to pass, stay on your line and let them get around you by having them go offline.
11. Corner workers. Make sure to be aware of where all of the corner workers are located and to make a conscious effort to look at them every lap. This will help to avoid surprises while on the track. (they are your eyes further up the road so take advantage of them) thank them at the end of the session by waving to them on your cool down lap. If you can't take the time to glance at them then you're driving beyond your comfort level.

This is just to help, if you have a better list, use it or better yet share it
I'll try and keep this updated and I'll add a date next to the updated item so you know it's new.
