Default when to replace rotors

i have 80k miles on my car and have never replaced the rotors or had them "turned"....i have no jerky braking(indication of warped rotors) so should i assume they are still good or is there a specific thickness??( i know they should only be turned one time)
Assuming there is no cracks in them,...good to toss in new pads and roll????????

Do you have a micrometer?
Front

Brake Disc Thickness:
Standard 24.9-25.1 mm (0.98-0.99 in.)
Max. Refinishing Limit 23.0 mm (0.91 in.)
Brake Disc parallelism 0.015 mm (0.0006 in.) max

Rear

Brake Disc Thickness:
Standard 11.9-12.1 mm (0.469-0.476 in.)
Max. Refinishing Limit 10mm (0.39) in.)
Brake Disc Parallelism 0.015 mm (0.0006 in.)

so less than 23mm 0.91 in. on the front is trash
and less than 10mm 0.39 in. on the rear is trash

its important that the mating surface between pad/rotor be flat...you dont want to compromise your braking performance or sully a set of brand new pads.

Honestly? When they break or have enough microfractures for you to feel unsafe looking at them.

I went through 10+ rotors last year. I broke 3 within a few hours of each other

There is someone on here selling 4 rotors and pads for a decent price.

Any speculation on why you go through rotors so quickly?

look at the Avatar pic. explains everything ... I have no need to replace my originals but I will be headed to WTD and have placed my order for Science of Speed rotors, my new brake pads are waiting at the house for installation.

Extreme heat cycles from tracking the car. Under street use, the rotors should last forever.

My rotors are warped but my car just gets driven to work/school for the time being so I haven't bother to put my new blanks on yet.
