Milton Keynes/Bucks/Beds/Nhants/Warks Meet - 18th January 2012
Let's see if we can make this a regular event. I have moved to every 3rd Wednesday to allow some other S2kers to attend.
So here is January's - On Wednesday 18th

Just off the A508 which is a cracking bit of road but please observe the speed limits, if you're coming from Northampton, there is a speed camera on the hill up to Roade but this is a 60mph limit (the camera is weight sensitive so is 40mph for HGV just in case you're sporting tractor wheels!).
If you are coming from Milton Keynes, be aware this road is a favourite for bikers as well as police with speed detection units - they love to sit just past the Potterspury / Yardley Gobion turn off, it's a blind summit and they sit just between two of them - either direction you can't see them until they've got you.
If it is wet, please pay extra attention as there are a lot of overhanging trees and that, combined with HGV traffic and fuel slopping out of the tank on the tight bends can make the roads lethal for the unwary.
