You are correct, the B pipes are different for AP1 and AP2 models. The header was from my 2007 s2000 and will fit AP2 S2000s.

Will any exhaust mate to the high flow cat?

Edit: From the photos, it looks to be a test pipe. Can you confirm that it is a HFC? I'm interested in the headers & HFC. I need it to be a HFC because of SCCA class restrictions.
