Default Anyone here use curb ramps to enter driveways?

Moving into a house soon with a huge curb driveway and was wondering if anyone here used curb ramps? Explain your experience with them? Any helpful ideas would be appreciated.

I have curb ramps, they work pretty well. My car is stock, but would still scrape the front bumper because the driveway has such a huge curb. I bought mine from http://www.jandkcurbramps.com . Site isn't pretty, but it came pretty quickly and I've had no issues in the year or so that I've had them. They tend to shift a little if you're on an incline, but it's not a big deal. Hope this helps.

Damn I got basically the same ones but I paid like $300 if more

Bridjit curb ramps

My driveway is pretty bad. Stock height cars barely clear it without the ramp. SL550 scrapes, Boxter scrapes and even my wifey's 4x4 height C300 scrapes if you don't profile.

I'm not super slammed like you k1ng but I'm pretty low and clear my driveway thanks to these ramps. Even if it cost me a sh!tload... It helped me hate my driveway much less. Like Clim mentioned, is not a perfect fit but it looks decent. Better than my stacked wood ramp.

Worth the money IMO. I don't there's anything else out there that would have helped me besides grinding concrete.

I think thats too expensive... but great post! & info. I'll be heading to the hardware store sometime next week. I'm sure I can find material & make this for a lot cheaper. Yes my driveway is horrible too.

I used two bags of asphalt repair ($12) to smooth the driveway transition.

Would love to see what you come up with

As for being too expensive, I totally agree... wish they were 1/2 the price but like I said. Keeps my car scratchless and my HOA with no complains. Can't complain at all. Happy S2000 = Happy owner
