Usually 15 psi is the safe limit on pump, dont know if it would be even lower on a log.
Conditions while dynoing are very controlled, and hopefully theres a fan, etc, so engine is a lot less likely to knock than when on the road.

Congrats! Great numbers. That's a very interesting, one-of-a-kind kit that I wish SOS had decided to sell. I'm looking forward to seeing it in person.
If you're planning to drive the tires off it, then yeah 16psi is a bit more than most folks here seem comfortable with. I'm at 14.4psi on my SOS kit, and I'm planning to cap it off at 14psi for my next tune. Of course, the numbers seem to creep higher every year... Not too long ago, everyone thought 8 or 9psi was the most the F20/F22 could handle on stock compression.
