What if we do it early? Say, 9:00? Then the front of the house would still be in the shade. I'm going to try to borrow a couple of those folding shelter gazebo things, but I'm not sure how much good they'll be. We'll also be able to get one car at a time in the garage.

I guess I need to have coffee and donuts instead of beer and chips.
