Default Whistling at 3k

I'm stumped. When I'm at about 3 grand driving down the road I hear a whistle sound coming from the engine? Any suggestions on what I can check or what might be causing it? It will sustain if I stay at about 3 grand.

Thank you!

sounds like your intake is just making the noise. if so, it's normal

if driven three s2000s. One with stock intake, one with aem intake, and one with no intake, not even a filter just open throttle body.... And they all did it. So your not alone at all.

Its just the sound of the air passing by the throttle body plate. It'll whistle when its at the right angle. Ever Honda I've ever driven does it. An intake will just make the whistle louder since you remove much of the silencing.
