I bought this from someone in SoCal who's friend wrecked and he was parting out the car. Same dude who is/was selling the AP2 motor/tranny + Vortech setup for 5k . For my 00' AP1, I think with how barebones it is (no A/C, P/S, CC, etc.) that I could live with the AP1 center console. So I'm putting this one up for sale for 180$.

It could use a good cleaning, and a new shift boot. Looks like there's tranny fluid or something on it. Since it's something in non-perfect condition priority will be given to locals who come to see it. I don't want to deal with an unhappy buyer who thought I misrepresented what I was selling.






note in this pic: the broken plastic tabs hold the cupholder piece to the console piece. When mounted, it doesn't really make a difference but I wanted to disclose it. When installed, it should sit on the transmission tunnel which is more than enough to support any drink/items.


This next pic is the other side (different tab that's beginning to break)


So overall the underside tabs that sandwich the cupholder flush is damaged, the button/latch is missing, it could use a good cleaning, and there are some knicks/scratches/imperfections on it. LMk

 

why are these so expensive -___-

 

because if you've had the AP2v1 and the AP1, you would realize it's worth the difference.

 

Good upgrade! When I bought my S2K I had no idea but my AP1 came with the AP2 console.
