Default Has the snow stopped for this season

Looking at the long range forecast I'm wondering if we are done with snow accumulations, or, more importantly, done with salt being layed down on the roads.

For myself I no longer have snow on the ground, last night's rain seems to have finally killed the last bit of it off.

I'm going to use this thread as my rain tracker
Every time we get enough snow that I think the roads are being salted I will reset and go back to zero.

NO SNOW - 3/16/2011
#1- Rain event- not a hard rain but it does look to be a full day long event
#2- Rain event- sometimes hard, good amount of rain coming down, will last all morning

Well those 2 rain events have been canceled out...
3/23 getting lots of wet snow, plow and salters out in force

I honestly believe the snow is totally gone now
Old Man Winter gave up a berating this year, 127" this season, compared to 89.6" for the 2010-2011 season, last year

Coming in this morning there was standing water all over the place, and evidence water was flowing right across the road in a few places
We got a lot of rain last night, and I mean a lot

60% chance of snow on Thursday March 24. S2000 should be out weekend after next. I've had it. Im going to avoid driving the potholed section around town and stick to roads in Rensselaer county. I doubt surrounding areas have improved much.

Mocky!

I still have your old COmptech exhaust on my car. Sounds just as good as the day it was put on there.

Will Ganely be having another tech day anytime soon? I had a very pleasant drive to and from Cleveland the last time.

Mostly big snow piles out here in Schenectady area. Been very warm the past few days and if all goes well my S2 is coming out of hibernation on Tuesday or Wednesday next week.
