Default Comptech Supercharger DIPSTICK POPPING OUT

I've done a search on this and I still don't feel satisfied with the answers I've read.

Everytime after doing a hard run, I'll pop the hood to see my dipstick popped out and some oil splattered on the underside of the hood and on the valve cover.

This can't be normal. Can someone please help explain why this is happening and what I can do to remedy it? (I've already bought a new dipstick once...didn't do anything)

Thank you!!

I've heard this solution too...

1) How come Comptech never included this "solution" in the original package. (i.e. is something broken to cause this pressure?)

2) What happens if I don't release the pressure? will something break?

Thanks!!

You need to replace your PCV valve. This happened to me twice and then I did this.

It isnt always an issue just a recommendation. Same reason why clutches, rods, pistons, injectors, and things of those likes arent included.

Relieving crank case pressure is always beneficial to a motor weither fi or na.

If you want to get set up with a decent can let me know and Ill see what i can get whipped up for you.

They are not going to include a catch can setup with the kit. No FI kit or anything comes with that.
Just like a clutch doesn't come with a 500hp turbo kit. Need to buy supporting mods always.

I understand that a catch can wouldn't be included but if their standard set up 6 PSI is "blowing" dipsticks out of the valve cover, then don't you think they would incorporate this fix?

Is it bad if I don't fix this issue?

Check your PCV to see if it is functioning properly first.
Probably just need to vent your valve cover. Pretty common with FI applications.
