Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine I61-2 installed
My friend got a S2000 2 weeks ago with a blown amp and some crap speakers... so last night we replaced the speakers with Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine I61-2, and ditched the broken amp.
We used the Speaker wire adapter, and ebay speaker spacers.
The result was amazing, we were totally blown away by the sound quality. Not to say we did not use an amp to power it, and it not properly broken in yet. So I will expect a the sound will only get better and a long detail review will come later.
I will recommend this speaker to any S2000 owner. Since you can mount it as coaxial or components.

I am looking to get these speakers too. Can you tell me which ebay spacers you got? Do you need to hack up the speaker basket to install these or just add the spacers?
And I used Metra 72-7800 for speaker harness.

are currently out of stock. I was lucky to have found a set a couple of days ago from a member on a car audio forum.
