Roof leaks when opening
After a lot of rain or washing, when I open the roof a lot of water falls down at the first fold (i.e. your shoulder gets wet, moreso on the passenger side). It appears to collect in the roof mechanism but when raising the roof, this part goes up vertically so it then all leaks out onto the side of the seat (where my shoulder is).
How do I fix this? I regularly grease all seals but can't see how water gets into the mechanism.

I had this problem for the first time recently. Nothing a healthy dose of Shinetsu couldn't cure.

Mine does this, the rail fills up & then empties when you pull away or drop the top. I've tried everything on the site, to no avail. Last week, clutching at straws, I sprayed the entire rag with silcon grease. Guess what, no leaks. For a week. Then the grease washed away & it started again. I think the rag itself goes porous.

Hmmm I don't know if people know this but when I was changing my roof the rubbers on the roof were slightly torn on the inside. They collect water and then it must be emptied out when the roof is dropped back!
