Air Temp sensor on intake
hey so the previous owner of my S went and bought a cheap POS intake. since then i have gotten a much better one. my problem is i dont know what he did with the air temp sensor that was on the stock intake.
does anyone have a diagram so i can figure out were the wires from this sensor run and help locate the thing or possibly just some detailed pictures if you have a stock intake and can show where the wires from the sensor run? thanks guys

The IAT sensor on 00-05 cars is in the intake manifold, and is not relocated with any of the bolt on CAI's. It is held in with 2 Phillips headed screws.
Only the 06 and later cars mounted the IAT sensor in the intake tube, not the manifold.

What kind of intake did you get? Ad what year is it for?
Your info says you own a 2000. With 2000 to I think up to 2005 the IAT sensor is mounted on the actual intake manifold, And for 2006 and up its mounted on the actual intake tube.
So if its just an intake you wouldnt even need to get to the IAT sensor. Hope this helps
