I got my spacers made at a sports/machine shop locally - they did a beautiful job on them. There is no rubbing at all and the camber is standard spec (almost). THe wheels sit just inside the liner inside the wheel well so there's no chance of rubbing.
I'd be interested to know how much people have lowered their cars by though - i'd like to go a tad lower now as the wheels are slightly more aggressive looking, but i'm worried about rubbing.
Edit: Sorry, i'm not sure what the tyre specs are - they are the standard Bridgestones that came with the car
