Default Injectors for 06 DBW for greddy turbo

I recently got a new greddy kit for my DBW, and noticed from other threads that the injectors that come with it must be changed, dont know the reason

Does any one know what kind of injectors? what is the website the sells them? estimated price?

did you get a non-dbw kit and you are modifying it for your car?

If so, just call RC and tell them you want the 550cc injectors for 06-08 S2000s. They have which injectors you need on record. I believe they are K20 type, but i think the base might be machined differently. Anyway, RC can help you out.

RC engineering, they are the manufacturers of the injectors.

^^ what you said plus the following:

+Modify the intake piping piping to accept the IAT sensor.
+Custom fuel rail spacers
+Something needs to be done about the MAP sensor too, you need a special greddy orifice for 06+ s2k, or you can buy a Greddy map sensor and use that instead of the oem map sensor.

Throw out or sell:
Walbro fuel pump, extra vaccuum hoses

I e-mailed RC engineering and replied that they have the injectors but they dont have the propper sapcers that fits 06-08 models,

Below is their reply,

Unfortunately from 2006-2008 years, we do have injectors available, but do not carry the spacers needed for your fuel rail due to the change in these years. We have the spacers for years 2000-05 only. I believe Greddy developed spacers for the 2006-08 versions

devs2k did you face this issue? if yes, how did you fix it?
.... thx in advance
