Alas, our hotel from last year has suffered water damage and is undergoing renovation. This year we will be at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Latham 14 minutes south of our previous venue. Hotel is now available for booking. Our block of rooms is being held until 8/19. The hotel has a 72 hour cancellation policy so you can book with confidence. Meet registration will be open in a few weeks. Cost this year is $74.00 for the driver and $69.00 for passenger. Tell them you're with the S2000 group. Our rate is $126. per night. Breakfast is included.

Will staying at a Holiday Inn Express raise our IQ?

When I called the number listed on the link to make the hotel reservation I was informed that we have to call the hotel directly (not the number listed on the link) That number is: 518-783-6161. I was then transferred to the front desk by Jenny, and was on hold for several minutes. I was transferred to Loraine that did make and confirm my reservation at the rate of $126 + tax.


To add insult to injury I got this pop up on our web site? With that stated: The rates showing for this hotel in the time frame of the Fall Harvest Meet was showing as $177 per night, as that falls in the height of the fall leaf peeper season. Not in June. I just thought that I would bring this to the attention to others that might see it.
