For those who wish to caravan from the Tulsa area on Friday, October 31, let's meet at the Warehouse Market on Garnett just south of I-44 (click here for map) north end of the parking lot (opposite side of the grocery store) at noon (leave by 12:30).
Will fill in the exact meet/departure times later... open to suggestions on times and route.
Please arrive with a full tank and tummy but an empty bladder. The closest good ethanol-free station from our meetup spot is about three miles away; it's a Phillips 66 on 31st just west of 129th.
List of attendees caravanning from Tulsa:
Shadow02+1 (Justin & Tonya, 2002 Berlina Black)
Don Miguel+1 (Mike & Monica, 2006 Laguna Blue)
tulsas2k (Jacob, 2000 Silverstone)
JulieU (Julie, 2003 Silverstone)
DirtyBird+1 (Mike & Tom, 2000 Silverstone) (meet in Noel)
ThaBigEasy (Ernie, 2005 New Formula Red)
Names above in bold are confirmed. Names not in bold are unconfirmed.
KyleB_S2k and Shinobi77 are planning on taking I-40 east from OKC to Ft. Smith and then Hwy 59 north to Siloam Springs. Discussion here.

The Fall BMT'14 pre-drive for staff, group leaders, and sweep car drivers went off without a hitch. The leaves are turning here now and should have full color by 1 November. What a great BMT route is in store for the 1 November BMT event. There is still room for a couple more sports cars to attend this spirited all-day driving event on the mountain roads of NW Arkansas.

My preference is usually to reach our destination before dark but am open to suggestions. If no one has any better ideas, we'll take the usual fun/scenic route which will take us through Noel, MO where we'll meet up with DirtyBird. That route is about four hours from Tulsa to Eureka Springs. Since sunset is at 6:19 on Friday, I'd like to leave Tulsa no later than 2pm, but I wouldn't mind leaving Tulsa as early as 11am.

The local weather forecast for BMT weekend in Northwest Arkansas is: Friday-sunny, with high of 61 deg. F with a low Friday night of 36 deg. F. BMT Saturday: sunny, with a high of 62 deg. F with a low Saturday night of 45 deg F. Sunday-partly cloudy, with a high of 67 deg. F. This is the temperature range the BMT staff hope for as the cold temps discourage the slow driving motorcycle bunch from clogging the mountain roads.

First post updated. Meet at noon, leave by 12:30, meet DirtyBird and Tom in Noel around 2:30, arrive in ES around 4:30, check in to hotel, eat, maybe catch the sunset, find Jordan for shirts/hoodies, get plenty of rest... that's my plan at least.
