I have secured the venue and date for the Saturday night banquet ( Nice menu). Am in the final stages of fine tuning the drive route. Bring your cameras- gorgeous vistas!Hotel is nailed down! Comfort suites, rate is $119 plus tax. All rooms are suites with breakfast included. Gas station at entrance to hotel driveway. I intend to make this a fun time for everyone.

Was just conversing with the manager at the hotel and she asked me if the S2000's on the road in Pennsylvania two weeks ago were part of our group. She was down in Harrisburg for the weekend and saw the second drive group out in the country. What a small world!

Do we really need to book our hotel this early? Will they fill up or is there a deadline to get the special rate?

Booking early gives you the best choice of rooms at a Hotel eg. King bed, away from elevators, top floor etc. August 28th is the date that our block of rooms will be released to general inventory ( Those that are not already booked at the special rate ) There is a 24 hour cancellation policy at the hotel without penalty.
