Does anyone have this S2000 book?
Not sure if I stumbled upon a treasure, or if I got scammed.
Either way, I'm happy about the new book I bought.
The official story is that the book was made in limited batches in 1999 when the S2000 was first released. The person I bought it from has a family member who test drives for Honda and came into possession of several boxes of these books. These books were then given to the seller for storage. She sold most of them right away, but recently found a couple boxes with a few left. She has only a handful left. All are sealed in original skrink wrap.
I've taken some pics for everyone's reference. If you are interested in getting one, please let me know. I'm not affiliated with the seller, not collecting referral fees, or any sort of reimbursement. I just wanted to share this with the community, and also fact-check.

Have a seat on the bench in my library, and browse away...
Will be in touch!
Probably the same lady. I've talked to her at length, and shes cool and legit. She wasn't sure where to post them, and sprinkled a few of them on California CL posts.
I'm not selling them, but I can put you in contact with her if you are interested. Certainly you could reply to her CL posts.
She doesn't have all that many left.

I spoke with her and she has 8 left. I've gotten replies through this thread about 5 people interested. I'm trying to get a sense of how the seller wants to handle it. Most likely I will get you her number through PM

I also just spoke with her and she'd like to sell all her remaining books as a set since they are sequentially numbered.
Set 1: 876-879
Set 2: 881-885
She will not split them up, so we'd all have to pitch in and buy them as a set. She hasn't priced what her set would sell for yet.
Anyone want to take lead on fulfilling a set?
