Default Noisy Engine

I noticed a high pitch whistle/whine while driving home from work. Popped the hood and was greeted with this lovely serenade. What could I be facing here? I'm hoping the valves just need to be adjusted...

Could be a combination of valves (need adjusting) and the TCT on its way out (sort of heard the card in the spokes sound). I didn't hear the high pitch whistle/whine, but the engine was a little 'noisier' than usual.

Adjusted the valves yesterday, got sick today. It's just about as noisy as it was before. 3 we out of spec and 5 more were closer to loose end of the spectrum. I tried my best to even them up across cylinders and have then slightly tighter than the middle ground. IT was my first time adjusting so it took fooooorever.

Cold idle is reallly noisy. Warm idle sounds the same as my first video above. I also tried to capture the high pitch noise in the background from in the cabin and then under the car. I tried to check for any exhausts leak but didn't find any tell tale signs or feel air coming out.

Cold start, inside cabin, door open

After valves, cold start, engine bay and under

After valves, engine warmed up, fan off.

CEL is for secondary O2 sensor(TP). Just checked it again after taking vids.

Take another vid.

Hot start (good half hour ride hot), after sitting 10 minutes. In other words, drive half hour, shut down for 10, start recording, start car.

Hood closed, take vid 6 feet away from front of car. Have someone else start it.

If it's TCT noise, it will shine right through this way.

Well, I'm not hearing much with the hood closed @ 6ft away. Maybe I'm just hearing things that aren't there.. lol.

since you say it was your first time adjusting valves, did you turn the crank the right way?
