FS/FT: 2012 Candy White Volkswagen GTI

Well as some of you know I just moved back into the area. I am looking to get into another S2000. I have missed mine since the day I was forced to trade it, I never wanted to get rid of it in the first place, but you know how life always gets in the way of a car like the S2000. I would much rather sell it outright, or trade someone straight up for an S2000.
Some things about the GTI
-Just turned 46000 miles. about 5k of those miles was driving back and forth from FL to PA.
-All regular service followed
-Meticulously detailed and cleaned regularly. Anyone who remembers me can verifiy that I take care of my cars.
-Still under powertrain warranty til 60k. Tune can be hidden if you are paranoid, but most VW dealerships honor APR tunes, especially with no bolt ons. I had no trouble when my intake manifold flap went and thats a $1000+ job.
Upgrades:
-Hankook Ventus V12 Tires.
-VW Sport Springs (manufactured by Eibach, ride is no different than stock and is lowered an inch)
-H&R rear sway, 24mm (huge difference in handling!)
-New South Boost Gauge
-APR Stage 1 tune. 295tq, 245hp on APRs website
-The roof rack is currently off the car, but I can include them if you are interested. The kayak mounts have been sold.
Asking 19k. Title in hand. Will trade for comparable S2000. Can not pay out any money, so equal or lessor value. This car is the fastest, most versatile car I have ever owned. Its perfect if you have to go down to one car and still want something fun. I have hauled my kayak and many other things with it. Having torque is a blast and I will miss it.
Type of S2k I am interested in, in order of priority:
1. AP1 Grand Prix White (I will consider any interior color, even full red even though I hate it)
2. AP2 Grand Prix White
3. AP1 Berlina Black (no full red interior)
4. AP2 Berlina Black
5. AP2 Rio Yellow
6. AP2 Laguna Blue
7. AP2 New Formula Red
