P0411 Code

P0411 Code
Hello everyone,
Just a brief explanation of what happened. I replaced my USDM F20c for a JDM one a year and a half ago and since then it's been throwing a P0411 code, I looked it up a few days ago and it's supposed to be "Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected." I looked in the engine bay and the only thing that I can see wrong is that the shop that replaced my motor for me "Speedstars" had cut the vacuum line (not too sure if this is what its called) and was wondering if anyone is experienced in this field to let me know if this is the cause for this code. Please refer to the pictures I have added to the thread or request to inquire more info regarding this matter.
Any help is much appreciated, thank you.

4th picture down, if those aren't connected you get the code. The one on the left (from driver seat) is the common on when installing a CAI. it slips off and you get the code. You also have a vacuum box under the intake tube you need.
Hang on for pics

That's the vacuum box you need.
One hose runs to the box, the other runs to, what looks like, a check valve then into some pump looking thing. :shurg:
Sorry I couldn't get more detail, it's getting kinda dark and my camera is too bulky to fit into the tight spaces under there. Hopefully it's a start though.

Thanks for the reply everyone. I guess I've got no choice but to put on the stock air box or if I wanted to keep my CAI I would have to get an air pump delete kit, huh? That's really strange though because before I've done the motor swap I had the CAI but there was no CEL, if you guys take a close look on the first picture there's a vacuum line/hose that's been cut and it's going towards the front drivers side bumper so I believe this would be connected to the air pump. I ordered that same hose from a Midtown Honda and I hope this will fix the CEL if not I'll go with your earlier suggestion on getting a delete kit.
Once again thanks a lot for the help guys I really appreciate it, any further insight on this matter is greatly appreciated and I'll keep you guys posted if there's any changes.
P.S
Thanks Importkid those pictures are really helpful. I have no idea how I'm gonna plug both ends without a stock air box though, that delete kit is looking really nice right now.

Hey gents, I'm also getting the P0411 code.
A little backstory (I'll try to be brief), went to Willow Springs, went off the track and hit a massive pile of dirt and broke my air pump which gave me a P0410 code (only that one, no other). Replaced the pump and the blown fuse to get rid of that code but now I'm getting the P0411. The incident also pushed back the entire core support so a tube could be pinched, but from what I can see, nothing looks to be pinched much, if at all.
One thing I just noticed is that one of the previous owners had bypassed the "Air Control Valve". Thankfully the guy I bought the air pump from gave me the whole system so I have the valve. If I replace that, should it get rid of the code? And if it is the cause, why didn't I get that code before my little kerfuffle?
One a side note, if I can't get this resolved soon, I need to get my S smogged so I can get my tabs. If the light only comes on during a cold start and I can reset it. Will it pass smog if it's at operating temp?
Thanks in advance guys!
