I've camped in that area and yes it's B-E-A-UTIFUL there. I would love to go. I never taken my S2 too. Just make sure we know where we are going for lunch or dinner (park/restaurant etc). We need solid plan. Anyone know around that area?

I have posted a link in the main post for the places we can eat.
As far as the park, i called them and the day pass was $70 for ONE car. I will call the park again tomorrow and see if something can be done about that. Otherwise we will just drive to the Golf resort or something or ask people at the restaurant where we can go for sight seeing.

I would love to attend I just have no idea if I'll be off my ship in time for this. I will try though been wanting to participate in an all s2000 cruise ever since I bought mine last year =(. I am due off my ship mid to late may so I will let you know probably a week prior if I will be able to make it

You will need to get on 68 West from I70.
However, look for Scenic 40W and 144, they are really the same road and both are super twisty and mostly traffic free since all the traffic goes on 68.
40W was the old route to Cumberland before I-68
You can get on Old 40 from Hancock (68 and 70) and take twisty roads all the way to Cumberland. I have never seen a LEO on those roads, but they are all over 68 with laser.

It seems like there are too many turns on this route

Thats one of them, 40 and 144 cross over over 68 a lot and change names. You might have to do a pre-run run.
It's confusing at first, but well worth it.
We had Fall Colors 2006 at Rocky Gap and did this route, which drove on parts of 144 and 40, then went north into PA and back,
