Dyno run on 05 with 92k miles
Did a dyno run today. Did 3 different pulls and was pretty consistent.
Mods are in my sig...mainly FIPK, TP and Exhaust. Max HP was 214.96 with max torque at 151.69 ft. lbs. This was done on a Dyno Jet, at 70 Degrees on 4th gear (all three).
Thoughts? It was higher than I expected but I do believe Dyno Jet numbers are a little higher than other dynos.
Here is a short vid of the highest pull. You can hear the VTEC crossover (taken from my iPhone 4)

Good stuff!
I want to be the first to say, "This needs to be stickied!"
I would be proud of those numbers coupled with the fact it has ~100k. To me, it sort of points towards a well built & taken care of vehicle.

THanks...I am the third owner and have been very careful to look over just about every piece of the car in the last ~4 years of ownership. Bought it with 53.5k miles on the odomoter. Previous owner was an older lady (bought by her husband and she used it around town - OEM shift knob was scratched from rings) and the owner before that is a mystery.
I had a valve adjustment done the day before the dyno run, thanks to SlowS2K (Chris), and the motor looked very healthy all around. Valves were still in spec at ~92k miles.
Hope to go FI within the next 1.5 years...small supercharger, nothing more than ~300hp. Good thing from the dyno was that the owner is a Honda fan himself and has tuned plenty of Honda's before. Knew alot about the S2K as I pulled up too...so when I do go FI I won't have to travel to Atlanta or other parts to find a good tuner!

been in the same boat...went FI after a good reading.
Still, take it with a grain of salt as each dyno is different, but those are pretty good...a little higher than most in fact.
My MY02 did 191 on a Mustang...which is spectacular for that dyno.

Good numbers and seems on par for that dyno type... My '05 a few years ago with similar mods put 200/150 on a Mustang Dyno... Much to the amazement of the F-body crew that was there for a dyno day (70+ cars).. I wasn't the lowest HP number for the day either... Some 3rd gen Camaro was and he was the one talking the biggest smack about having to put an import on the rollers...
