new time chain tensioners and piston ring, suggestions?

I'm getting new time chain tensioners and piston rings for my ap1 s2k, any suggestions for upgraded aftermarket parts ?
I found this tensioner online and was wondering if it would fit in a s2000 F20 , I know it says for k-series motor in the description but it was listed under the parts for an s2000.. I'm a noob, so help bro out here.

PM Billman250, he has the modified/upgraded OEM timing chain tensioners that are guaranteed not to fail for the life of the engine. Got one installed on mine when it was time to replace. Piston rings I have no suggestions.
