Taking a look back at one of the premier Honda meetup events of not only Europe but the entire world! MiMMS Honda Day is picking up right where it left off prior to the pandemic.

It's no secret that we have the strongest presence of Honda enthusiast culture here in the US. Spread across the continent, all the way from Florida to the Honda hotbed on California, and every big city and small town in between, the passion for all things Honda has been in the mainstream for decades here in America. But it's always great to see the same level of enthusiasm across the pond.

Best of Europe
And we wanted to give a throwback and shine some light on one of the best Honda gatherings in Europe, MiMMS Honda Day England in 2019. Prior to the pandemic turning the world upside-down, MiMMS organizer Dav Plaha had been setting the groundwork for the event becoming Europe's largest gathering of Honda fans.

Starting It Off With a Bang
Things got kicked off in Belgium in late 2018, bringing together enthusiasts from across the continent. And the amount of support and interest shown encouraged Dav to expand and put on bigger and better shows. The MiMMS Honda Day England, held in April of 2019, hosted a massive gathering of Hondas and Honda-powered builds.

Santa Pod Raceway
The gathering was held at the legendary Santa Pod Raceway, the UK's drag racing capital. Honda builds of all kinds took part, showing off jaw-dropping creations, and putting the mechanics to the test on the drag strip. The success of the event provided further motivation for the organizer to continue to grow the series over the remainder of 2019 and beyond.
