Perfect Yellow AP2 Has Just 18K Miles on the Clock

Great Score

There are a few places out there on the web where you'll find an S2000 or two for sale. But in the S2Ki Marketplace, there's always a large variety of rides to choose from. That includes low-mile mint examples like this Rio Yellow Pearl AP2 that we came across recently. With just 18k miles on the clock, this car would make a great score for a collector or just someone looking for a nice weekend cruiser.

Changing Hands

The seller is the third owner of this beauty, which has changed hands here at S2Ki once before. The original owner sold it to an older gentleman, who later decided he'd rather own a Corvette. And now, the car's come full circle, back to where it all began. Despite this, it certainly hasn't traveled very far in the years since.

No Mysteries

This particular S2000 is in fantastic condition, with extensive maintenance history, original paint with zero touch-ups, no accident history, and basically no defects to note. This isn't a huge surprise given the low mileage figure, but we've seen some similar cars that have questionable histories or repair work.

Slight Imperfection

The seller still has the original window sticker, all the keys and fobs, and tonneau cover. New tires were added nearly two years ago, as the originals were likely dried up. The front windshield was also replaced because of a rock chip, which we can completely understand in a car like this. It's so perfect, we wouldn't be able to stand to have to stare at a slight imperfection, either.

New Stuff

Other replacement parts include the battery, clutch master and slave cylinder, radiator, upper and lower radiator hoses, and the cabin filter and air filter. Nothing crazy here, just a mix of normal and preventative maintenance.

Maintenance List

Speaking of maintenance, there's a long list of that, too. The seller has done quite a few things in that regard, including a valve adjustment, rear differential service, rear axle re-torque, an alignment, and fluid changes for the transmission and brakes.
