All Original 36K-Mile AP2 Is A Two-Owner Beauty

While sifting through the S2Ki Marketplace recently, we came across yet another beautiful example of Honda's fine drop-top in this low-mile Silverstone AP2. Unsurprisingly, the car sold pretty quickly after it was listed, but it's still worth taking a good look at, regardless. After all, it's been meticulously maintained and obviously has lived a very charmed life.

Preservation Candidate

The seller purchased this car from the widow of the original owner back in 2017. At that time, it only had a little over 32k miles on the clock. He proceeded to only add another 4k miles or so to that total over the next few years before coming to the realization that he just didn't drive it enough. As such, he wants it to go to someone who can preserve the car as it deserves.

Couple of Flaws

Given this AP2's condition, that's completely understandable. There are only a couple of flaws to note - curb rash on the wheels, and the front bumper was repainted to repair rock chips. According to the seller, that job was done correctly, however, and there's no overspray or other problems.

Needs Little

The driver's seat bolster is also somewhat flat and just needs some foam to boost it back up. And the stereo won't recognize CDs for some reason. But otherwise, this AP2 is pretty much flawless. The seller claims that it's never been driven in winter, at a track, or abused in any way. The maintenance is obviously up to date as well.

Treated Gently

This AP2 is certainly clean everywhere you look. That includes the engine bay, which has obviously not seen much inclement weather. This is usually a good place to look if you want to really see how a car has been used over the years, and this one clearly has been treated quite gently.

Great Combo
