8 Most Expensive S2000 Roadsters Sold on Ebay last 90 Days
Honda’s S2000 is a great looking, fun to drive vehicle with a good resale value, and Honda has nothing new like it in showrooms to offer. Just check out how much these examples went for in the last three months.
8. 2006 Honda S2000 - $17,300
Following 36 bids, this Pennsylvania 2006 Honda S2000 went to the winner for $17,300 in January. It had 35,518 miles on it, almost all of those from the current owner. THis seems to be the current going price for a clean, manual equipped S2000. The factory stereo has been swapped out for an aftermarket unit, which may or may not have effected the price.
7. 2003 Honda S2000 Turbo - $19,900
This heavily modified, turbo charged S2000 went for $19,900 in November following 29 bids. It had 62,000 miles on it, with a motor that has been dyno tested at more than 450hp. Besides the turbo kit, there are also big brakes, aftermarket wheels, and carbon fiber bodywork, and yet 6 other clean stock cars sold for more money recently. The eBay buyer of this car basically got all that tuning and aftermarket parts for free.
6. 2007 Honda S2000 - $21,000
This base-model, 2-door convertible in Florida sold for $21,000 in January using the “Buy it Now” option, with 61,250 miles on it. A manual transmission model, this car appears all original and about as close to new as you can get in a 10 year old car.
5. 2001 Honda S2000 - $21,500?
This 2001 Honda S2000 was listed for $22,000 but sold for a “best offer” somewhere north of $21,000 in December. It had only 17,950 miles on it, and was only driven on sunny days in Michigan, and stored in a heated garage otherwise.
4. 2006 Honda S2000 Roadster - $22,650
This nice looking two owner Honda S2000 in Georgia went for $22,650 after 13 bids were placed on it back in November. It had 23,727 miles on it at that time, so it is practically new in looks and performance, even rolling on the original tires.
3. 2005 Honda S2000 - $24,000?
In another incident with a “best offer”, this 2005 Honda S2000 was originally listed for $26,995 before being taken down with an offer somewhere south of $24,500 that the owner could not refuse. At that time, in November, this Orange County California e car had 62,000 miles on it, but still looked like new.
2. 2004 Honda S2000 - $24,500
Some lucky person used the “Buy it Now” option to purchase this 2004 Honda S2000 (also a manual) for $24,500 in January. It had much less mileage on it, just 24,600 miles to be exact, and has lived its life in sunny San Diego. With just two owners, and no track days, or even spirited driving (if we believe the seller) this car should have another 10 years of trouble free motoring ahead of it, or more, without any major service needs.
1. 2008 Honda S2000 Club Racer - $26,700
After 35 bids, this 2008 Honda S2000 CR in the rare Apex Blue color went for $26,700 in January. This New Jersey based car had 46,600 miles on it. The factory Club Racer package featured a body kit, quicker steering, stiffer springs, wider tires, extra bracing, and no soft top, just head fairings and a removable hard top. Just 699 Club Racers were made, with 200 of those being in the blue color.
