I decided these pre-drilled holes right behind the radiator were the place to go. I used the center one next to the radiator drain and then the outer two oval ones where I can get a little play in mount location. I used thick stainless spacers between the splitter and the frame to bring the splitter beneath the bumper level. Just needed to drop about half inch.
