Coloration starting. I put A TON of wood in there and had it in there for many hours. There started to be a flex in the plates. It didn’t effect it negatively at all, but aesthetically you could see the flex, as you can in this picture. I made sure I got it going SUPER hot and honestly put way more on there any anyone would or should. Still, I may up the thickness a little depending on cost. Not sure how stainless will react. Will need to do some digging.
