I took the Snalibu over to Discount Tire to have them look at two of the wheels which had slow leaks. They found they were leaking from the bead so they dismounted the tires, cleaned up the corrosion that had built up, and remounted and balanced the tires. For free.

Getting a quote on snow tires for Renee's CR-V. 225/65R17... looks like about a hundo per on tire rack. How quick can they ship? Have a mounting/balancing appointment on Friday.

Wound up going with Blizzak DM-V2s. $120/wheel, 60 to ship. $120 to mount/balance/etc. About $650 all day long -- not too bad imho.
