Drove the bitch almost 1,000mi. Most of it in the rain.

She desperately needs new tires.

Changed front brake pads and rotors, still need to do the rear; but, extremely happy the braking noise/vibration from an overly worn front rotor is gone.

Got new tires put on the A8. Snow tank is ready for winter action.

Dumped upwards of $10k into the supra since buying it in March.... oops. Winter should be interesting

Put Coronet out at the shop, going to tare it down over winter.

Test drove a '15 Cayenne S on Saturday and really liked it. I think it may now be in the lead for next SUV/vehicle.

I washed the BMW. It was FILTHY from the move, since it was raining pretty much the whole way. I'd also had a bit of a scrape on the side of the car, but it actually did buff right out. whew!

I am scheduling an appointment to have the car detailed. It needs more work than I am able to provide.

I went grocery shopping for the first time in the BMW. I spent over $250 on groceries and only one bag, and one box had to go in the front seat.

I also ordered updated Nav disks for the BMW, but one of them (of course, the one I need for anything East of the Mississippi) wasn't included. Grr.

I thought you meant you spent $250 on one bag of groceries.

Oh, and I freaking hate those stupid dvd based nav systems when you have to change discs. That is so 1990.

the chances of me driving to the other side of the Mississippi are pretty slim at this point. If they'd send me the other disk, I'd have been fine.

I agree it is pretty archaic, but it's what is in the car. I don't want to buy a Garmin to hang on the windshield when there IS a factory unit in the car.
