I like the late 60's Mustang's, they always looked more agile than the Camaro/Firebird, and Dodge offerings of the same era, they've always been big cars.
The new Challenger and Camaro are too big though, unnecessarily so IMO. Mustang to me seems to be the only one that gets updated properly with the styling. I think Dodge and Chevy are both like, uh, what do we do now, we made it retro and don't know how to style it again while keeping the retro look.
I'm not a Ford fan at all, but the Stang would get my money.

The M235i is not an M car
The badge says "M," yes, but the M235i is a replacement for the 135i, not the 1 Series M Coupe. Though it's fast as all get-out (0–60 in 4.5 seconds in our testing), grips like the dickens (thanks to Michelin Pilot Super Sports), and stops like an M car (five feet shorter from 80 mph than a competition-package M5, for example), it's not involving enough to wear an M badge. Much less 16 of them.

Luckily I don't base my car buying off of magazines. BMW will slap an M badge on anything though (we've discussed this before) my 550 had M badges on it for goodness sake. 
For a small coupe it's a nice car, and certainly quick enough. AWD is an added bonus IMO so you can use it year round.

I built one too. I read several reviews, not just the one. But the shot at the multiple badges was pretty funny. My guess, there are more than 16, they didn't find them all.
I can't believe that it's VERY similar power and TQ output to my BMW 3.2L 6-cyl engine with NO turbos. :/ I was expecting more HP. Maybe when the M2 comes out, I will be more interested.
It is VERY pretty.
I ended up building an M4 'vert on the site. WITHOUT the $8,000 brake package, it was still $85,000. Yikes!

The prices on ze Germans has got quite high over here, to think a 235 is $52k seems absurd to me.
There are a lot of other cars I'd buy before spending $85k on an M3 though, that's crazy money.

The base models are pretty reasonable, it's just that it costs $20k to make enough M badges to properly adorn each car so they have to make them that expensive.
