I hate parking rates in Chicago, I hate my building for being gay even moreso, they only have 4 of 12 floors used up(and barely 4 floors), whats the harm in letting someone who wouldn't pay for parking just park there? If they have 320 spots and charge $50 a spot, thats a extra $16k in parking they would bring in PER MONTH... WTF

Wisconsin DMV got my vehicle registration for the S2000 all screwed up. I sent in my fee and filled out the card as instructed with my change of address and all other necessary information on where the vehicle is kept. So they sent me a letter indicating that my address has been changed, but NOT the vehicle location. So they say I need an emissions test, when I in fact now live and keep the car in a county that does NOT require testing, and yet they also still have my car listed as being kept in Milwaukee county. FAIL DOT! So now I might not have up-to-date stickers for my car when the plates expire.
