When they tell me "one week turn around time" I figure "great!". So it takes 1 week for shipping, 1 week for back orders to be finished, 1 week for work. 1 week for return shipping. But wait, they decide to re-do half the dash when they were about to ship it . . . fine. Then they have problems with material and wind up re-doing it 3 more times, but cant get it. Not their fault. Fine. They have ordered the new material and expect it to be done by the end of the next week. Fine. But I call 1.5 weeks later and a frustrated sigh from Tommy on the phone tells me they are still working on it.
Its nearly been 3 months since I ordered this thing. I don't want to rush them, but this is getting frustrating. They should have told me expect 3 months at most. Not "1 week turnaround time" I'd leave them alone. Otherwise, I've been calling about every 1-1.5 weeks for an update.

^ I believe their one week turn around is if you order the one they posted up originally, just like all the other interior stuff they do. You ordered one that was different from the norm (as did I, but not a dash) and it took longer than what I was originally told too.
I'm not trying to say you're wrong, you're not, but the one thing they won't do is ship you a dash that looks like ass since they rushed it. I completely understand your frustration and I'm sure it'll end up being worth the wait.

Something similar happened with my Spoon calipers. I ordered them on July 2nd or something like that and was told I'd have a 3-4 month wait. Instead, I didn't get my calipers until December 12th.
I just would like to be able to drive my car with my interior pretty much done without salt on the roads. I can drive it and enjoy the finished interior for at least a few days before putting it into storage. And I was originally under the impression that that was going to happen.
And yes, I'm sure the wait will be well worth it. Then I can that much more wowed over it after it comes out of storage.
