The PM problem was a fat-finger. Regrettable, but somewhat understandable.
The Hardware performance may not have been apparent in a parallel environment, but there is no excuse for not having a back-out plan.
There is no excuse for publishing the default template. I know he wanted to push the update ASAP, but dropping functionality and making it look like ASS in the process was a terrible decision.
This site is Erik's business. I would be embarrassed to let my customers even SEE this, let alone force it on them.
From a business standpoint, the S2000 is no longer being produced. The potential userbase for this site is only shrinking. Pissing off the existing userbase is a bad move.

Paying members are leaving left and right, the site should never have been "upgraded" with all these issues occurring. There is no excuse for this mess.

The poor execution of this "upgrade" is bad enough, but the arrogant attitude of the person running the site is even MORE frustrating.
People are TRYING to tell him what THEY want. They are his customers, why isn't he listening? Why is he, in fact, berating them?
