you should have ran him over. bikes are supposed to foolow the same road rules as cars. they are considerd non-motorized vehicles, not pedestrians. by law, they are to use the roadways as cars do. they CANNOT use the pedestrian walkways/sidewalks.

in your case garrison, if you hit him, he would be at fault. imagine if he was a motorcycle...... in the eyes of the law, he is a motorcycle without an engine. WTF is a motorcycle doing on the crosswalk!?

Oh yeah, and apparently my body's inability to take alcohol anymore. This morning was spent vomiting for several hours, whether or not I would try to drink any water to rehydrate myself, resulting in a lot of saliva / stomach bile / dry heaves. I thought I was going to die.

I can always pretend I didn't hear / catch her comment... or forgot it after drinking too much that night.

To be honest, a girl having a BF hasn't stopped me before... and she even said he goes to U of I. Why would she want to date some loser 3 hours away when she could date some loser right here?
