Oh and you're tired all the time because you smoke. When you smoke it prevents you from getting enough oxygen, and after you've smoked for awhile the tar covering your lungs prevents your lungs from fully absorbing enough oxygen which causes you to be tired. Not to mention a million other bad things.. can't live with out oxygen for more than a few minutes.. so I imagine it's pretty important

If you need more energy try taking some fish oil (in capsule form of course) its got lots of omega 3 fatty acids that's good for you.
I take the following everyday:
1) one a day vitamin (them all in one pills)
2) flaxseed oil (when I lift, it helps muscles cure faster)
3) fish oil (for energy and fat burning)
4) extra vitamin C pill... i like vitamin c
Call me a pill popper but i don't feel as tired anymore..
I also try to do the follwing everyday
1) stretch (very under rated these days) helps get the blood flowing to parts usually unused
2) lift moderate weight for maintenance
3) sometimes...ok mostly never run on the tread mill

i bought like 3 bottles of all in one vitamins (centrum "a-zinc") and never took any...same goes for fish oil..I have tons of vitamins at home...never took any of em....
