Volks CE28 real vs fake identification
I'm posting this to give my future owner a piece of mind that these wheels are legit. What are good identification to tell these are real?
Here is what I know of.
Engraved with VIA stamp, Forged, monoblock ,Rays Eng. Made in Japan
JWL stamp (next to valve stem) ,Weight class stamp, decals inside.
Please feel free to chime in.

FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE WHEELS.....DONT BUY THEM FOR ANY BUYER INTERESTED
i had to say that since you created a thread for a legit set of wheels. those are legit indeed lol
all the markings are there. althought there are now fake spec decal down to the bar codes. the engraving and rays local match and is correct.

^That's going to be a big one. Most of the fakes I've seen still don't look like a 100% replica and they also never seem to use the same offsets the real ones came in. If you see a set of your favorite Volk pop up in a size that you haven't seen before I'd question it.....although there are so nice sizes we never seem to see here in the US.
I know in Japan you could get both the TE37SL and CE28RT in 17x9.5 +56. People would love for them to bring that size here.

Fakes only come in the most simple sizes and when they are a low offset they just look weird..As for CE28's in general Rota makes a replica in 16 and 17, Varstoen makes a replica in 18's and theres a couple other companies(str, xxr etc..) that make really ugly concave ones. The wheels Hanzel had are without question real. The size matches the description(L2 face, mag blue is glossy on the outside and flat blue on the inner barrel).
