Default Advan Center Caps

I'm looking at getting a set of Hyper Black Advan RSII wheels (17x8+54 & 17x9+63) for my Silverstone AP2 and I'm trying to decide on which center caps to get.

I can't tell, are the Hyper Black Middle Caps made of metal or are they just plastic? I think I'd prefer to get them as they would match the wheels better being Hyper Black, but if they're made of plastic, I'll probably just get the Light Brown Alumite Low Caps instead.

I haven't been able to find an answer yet, and I thought perhaps someone here might know.

the flat and full flat supposedly won't clear the rear wheel bearing. I have silver wheels, silver alumite middle caps all around, and they are made out of metal.

I have 17x9 63. Rs2 fronts and rears. I used 3mm spacer in front and 5mm spacer on the rear. Been on the track, it works fine. Full flat on the front and flat caps on the back. I suggest spacers, the bigger center caps look fugly

That's good to here. According to one of the ads I saw on eBay the Middle Caps have 10mm of backspacing and the Low Caps have 8mm of backspacing and I know the Low Caps fit on the rear so I figured the Middle Caps would fit.

I thought about running 17x9+63 all around with 255s in the rear and 235s in the front, but I don't want to do any fender modding or have any rubbing on the suspension and control arms, so I figure I'll run the RSIIs with 255s in the rear and 225s in the front. The center caps sticking out as far as these do doesn't bother me.

I'm using 245-40 up front. I rub a tad on the front inner fender where that little bump is, and that's only when I'm cornering really hard. It's practically a perfect fit. I'm lowered 1.5". You won't be disappointed with this setup. Just use 3&5 mm spacers

Your car is pretty much the best showcase for these wheels, here and the pictures on SOS. It definitely makes the wheels look a little better with the lower ride height. I'm still thinking about which center caps to go with while I shop around for the best price on the wheels. I was a bit disappointed at how far off SOS was with their offer.

Agree with adrs2k. My RSII are 17x9.5 +35 and I went with chrome low type (got them from Evasive).
