I can't tell from previous experience, but I was wonderin about this today as well. I looked at the reviews from TireRack and they were less the favorable..They are a good price, but from what I read they aren't very good for aggressive driving...But like I said, I don't know from experience, just from what I have read today.

Strictly average. If you just need to get from point A to point B (commuter) its not a bad tire. If your looking for performance, average all around. Better than most "all season" tires but strictly average in the summer only area. Average dry, average rain. Personally I think the yokohama DB2's perform better and they're an all season tire.

I will say I think the es100's are better in the rain than the old s02's. Then again everything except slicks where better in the rain than those things. And the traction is really bad under 60 degrees or so.

My experiences with them on a Subaru are not favorable. The handling was ok but they were very noisy. Definately not an S2000 level tire.

They're decent. Not bad for the money.
AVS Sport is much nicer though.

I will chime in and say they are horrible. Had 2 sets (off 2 used sed of wheels) and I have never experienced such a crappy "ultra high performance" tire. Horrible dry grip and it loves to follow every single groove on the road.

Haha, I had my alignment checked twice because I couldn't believe that a tire would follow grooves like the es100

these are on my commuter AP1s I just put on untill summer. I would never do any aggressive driving on these unless I was trying to slide or drift.

And yes, they follow the grooves and dips in the road.

I would say below average in dry and wet grip. I have been very disappointed with mine, especially in cooler temps.
