Yet another wheel tire fitment question
Hey guys. I have an Ap1 with swift springs (about 1.2" drop) currently running ap2 wheels with 225/45f and 255/45r . My car is a dd/ weekend car. Might do a couple auto x days when I have time.
looking at a set of enkei rpf1 17x9 45 offset with 245width square setup.
my main question is, will these fit without rubbing or would I need to roll the fenders?
second question is will this be a bad setup for a canyon car/dd?

It is the most common setup. Yes you need to roll all the fenders and relocate the tabs. Fronts may even need a slight pull depending on camber settings.
On you current setup I hope you just made a typo on the rear tire size. Should be 255/40/17. Not 255/45/17.
The car will feel different with the square setup but I don't think it would be bad. Plenty of people daily with a square setup. Be a little careful are the added grip in front does change how the car handles. Tire choice and what sort of weather you deal with can massively effect this. I would hang onto your AP2 OEM wheels to use when weather gets bad.

Look at either the PF01s or TR C3s or Kosei K8Rs if you dont want to roll, anything with a +60 offset or higher is preferable.
